02 Apprenticeships
The right way
to start.
An apprenticeship at Scanlon Hair gives you the foundation every great hairdresser needs. You will earn while you learn, completing your formal qualification alongside day-to-day salon experience, covering everything from customer consultation and colour theory to cutting techniques and product knowledge.
Our track record speaks for itself. Apprentices who have trained with us have gone on to become senior stylists, salon managers, and business owners. We do not just teach technique; we develop confident professionals.
Cutting & Styling
Learn the foundational skills of precision cutting, blow-drying, and styling under experienced supervision.
Colour & Lightening
Develop expertise in balayage, foil highlights, permanent colour, and toning, the services our customers love most.
Customer Relations
Build confidence in consultation, communication, and delivering an outstanding salon experience.
Product Knowledge
Understand professional haircare at a deeper level, working with L'Oréal Professionnel ranges every day.

We currently take on apprentices working towards their Certificate III in Hairdressing through a registered training organisation.
